The following data is collected through the website:
Name, Surname, Email, Phone number, Country and other data that the user provides as the reason for contacting, which may include information about their personal physical condition.

The email address that the user enters into the form on the website will not be forwarded to third parties, nor will it be used for sending unwanted email (spam). The contact phone number will not be abused or forwarded to third parties.
